Cooking Together
Cutting techniques:
Slicing with the energy of vegetables, diagonals, matchsticks, half moons, half moon diagonals, ribbons, roll-cut and dicing, etc.
Cooking styles:
Pressure cooking, steaming, boiling, blanching, shocking, sautéing, deep frying, stewing and baking.

 

The Basics
Soups, whole grains, pressed salads, dressings, beans, sea vegetables, stews, hearty meat alternatives such as seitan, tempeh, dried and fresh tofu, plus a variety of vegetable preparations.

  • What to drink when and why?

Desserts..all non-dairy and sugar free

  • Chocolate cake
  • Lemon poppy seed cake
  • White almond vanilla Kanton with orange sauce Pumpkin cake

More Gourmet Dishes

  • Vegetable / seafood tempura with roasted red pepper sauce or sweat and tangy lemon dip.
  • Sushi with marinated shitake, tempeh or tofu plus avocado, spring onion and carrot.
  • Broiled halibut with shitake teriyaki sauce and orange zest.
  • Vietnamese spring rolls with spicy peanut sauce.
