George Ohsawa

The following are a list of books by George Ohsawa, the man who brought Macrobiotics to the west as we know it today.

His writing is simple, beautiful and I am always totally inspired after I read one of his books! However some of the information is now outdated and I therefore do not suggest following his dietery recommendations.
