The yoga style which we will be teaching is well rooted in Ashtanga Vinyasa.

The flow of the breath and the pulsing rhythm of the body movements make an unified field of qualities such as clarity, focus, positive thinking and well-being.

The uplifted state of consciousness connects us to the deeper layers of our being – and invites us for the journey of Self-discovery.

This powerful yoga practice will benefit one on many levels: Produced heat together with purifying breath, de-toxicate the body, and makes it more light, subtle, and healthy.

Together with nutritious and well-thought food, body becomes a pure instrument for more profound yoga work: the change of mind patterns.

Due to habits, we continuously repeat ourselves, physically and mentally (which is fine, unless it starts to bother us). The conditioning through such powerful yoga practice gives one an opportunity to step out of the old patterns and move further in one’s own evolution. This is why the practice of Ashtanga Vinyasa starts with the physical discipline, but with time naturally moves toward subtle mind changes, well exposed in Patanjali Yoga Sutras.
