Mustard Salad Dressing

Use a nice spicy mustard for a dressing with great character!

 

 

Ingredients:

  • ¼ cup olive oil
  • 2 Tbls rice syrup
  • 2 Tbls tahini
  • 2 Tbls lemon juice
  • pinch cayenne powder
  • 1 Tbls shoyu
  • pinch sea salt
  • 1 Tbls mustard
  • a few turns of fresh black pepper
  • ¼ onion, chopped


Instructions:

  1. Combine all ingredients.
  2. Blend into a smooth dressing.
  3. Adjust quantities to taste.
